| Your visual data is obtained by our company through CCTV camera recordings. This data is processed in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law, specifically for ensuring the security of physical premises. The processing is based on the legal grounds of “necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” as outlined in Article 5/2(f) of the Law.
Your personal data is not shared with third parties during our regular activities. Camera recordings held by our company are only shared with courts and other authorized public institutions upon their official request. Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you can submit requests regarding your rights listed in Article 13 by filling out the BBN Airlines Turkey Data Subject Application Form, available at https://www.bbnairlines.aero, and sending it to [email protected]. BBN Airlines Turkey will evaluate your request and finalize it within thirty (30) days at the latest. |
